Payment Policy:
Customers must complete payment through the online store using one of the available payment methods.
The full order value and delivery charges must be paid to process the order and arrange delivery service.
We do not provide cash on delivery service.
Delivery/Shipping Policy:
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address with all necessary details. In case of address modification, customers must contact the shipping company to update the information. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, and the store does not bear any costs resulting from that. The shipping/delivery company is responsible for delivering the product, and the store bears no responsibility after handing over the product to the shipping/delivery company. Customers must follow up on the order status with the shipping company.
Execution Policy:
Customers have a 24-hour period to cancel the order. After this period, the order status changes to "under execution" and cannot be canceled thereafter. Order execution times may change, so customers must check the order execution time before completing the payment. Currently, order execution takes approximately one business day excluding Fridays, after which the order is handed over to the shipping company.
